This is a video of The Haydenettes' long program. They're one of the top synchronized skating teams in the world, and they're based in Massachusetts. I cannot express how difficult this program is or how scary it would be to skate. The audience is cheering so much that you can hardly hear the music at some points.

I did -- with the Cincinnati Style adult team in the 2003-2004 season. It was incredibly fun and terrifying at the same time, and it was one of the best things I've ever done for my skating. The two-hour commute each way to practice was a killer, though.
